Client Success Stories and Testimonials in Kent, WA
Anybody can call themselves a good web designer. Fewer can hand you the phone.
Everything on this page is a real Google review from a real client, quoted exactly as they wrote it. We have not tidied the grammar or trimmed the awkward bits. We are a BBB Accredited Business, founded by a PMP-certified professional, we are minority-owned, and we work out of Kent, WA with businesses across the south Puget Sound.
What Clients Say About the Build
The build is where trust gets won or lost. Two things come up again and again in these reviews: we listen first, and we do not disappear halfway through.
How many quotes have you had that never turned into a call back?
That is the bar most of these clients were measuring us against when they started.
Notice what Robin S. led with. A small construction company wanted something professional, clean, and functional. Not a design award. That is the brief most businesses actually have, and it is the one we build to.
What Clients Say About the Search Work
A site that nobody finds is an expense, not an asset. The search side of our work shows up in these reviews too.
Filling in the gaps is the accurate description. Most businesses we meet are not missing everything. They are missing one link in the chain, and until it is fixed the rest underperforms. Read more about that work on our
local SEO page.
What Clients Say About Support After Launch
Ask a business owner what went wrong with their last website and you rarely hear about the design.
Ever tried to reach a developer who has already been paid?
You hear about the one who stopped replying. That is why support shows up so often in our reviews.
Mari C. put her finger on something we insist on. You get trained on your own site. Charging a client to change a photo is not a business we want to run. Ongoing help is covered by our
website maintenance services, and the accessibility work Oliver S. mentions is on our
web accessibility page.

How We Get Results Like These
Our process is four steps and none of them are a surprise.
1. Listen. We ask what the site has to do and who it is for before we talk about design.
This is the step Ron G. calls consultative, and it is where most of the value gets decided.
2. Plan on paper. Pages, structure, functions, and a redirect map if we are replacing an existing site.
In our experience, projects that run late skipped this.
3. Build and test. Design, development, then real testing across browsers and phones.
Forms get submitted for real, not assumed.
4. Stay. Training, monitoring, and a person who answers after launch.
According to Google's guidance on helpful content, pages should be written for people first, with real expertise behind them. That is the same standard we hold the reviews on this page to. Real names, real words, no edits.
What Working With Us Costs
We publish what we can and quote the rest honestly.
Our local search packages are public: $695 a month for a single location in a lower competition market, $995 a month for medium competition markets with up to two locations, and $1,495 a month for competitive or multi-location businesses. Nonprofit discounts are available.
Website projects are quoted after we look at your site, because page count, content, functions, and migration complexity move the number a lot. What we will not do is give you a range and land at the top of it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these testimonials real?
Yes. Every quote on this page is from a public Google review of our business, used with the reviewer's own wording. Nothing here was written by us.
Can I speak to one of your clients before I commit?
Ask. We will put you in touch with a client in a similar line of work, once they have said yes.
Do you work with businesses outside Kent?
Our office is in Kent, WA, and we work across Seattle, Renton, and Auburn as well. The service area list is on our areas we serve page.
What kind of businesses do you build for?
Construction, clinics, professional services, nonprofits, retail, and a fair number of one-person operations. The mix is deliberate.
How do I get started?
Send us your web address and a sentence about what is not working. We will look at it, tell you what we would do, and quote it. Our web design page covers the build itself.
